Easily one of the boxes that I was really excited about this year the Mini MX comes with the latest Amlogic s905 and a price tag from GearBest.com that is very hard to beat. I managed to grab mine from them a few weeks back for the price of $40 and I think is more than reasonable considering what do the box have to offer for that. Here are some of the features: 4K at 60fps playback HDMI 2.0 that makes that 4k at 60fps playback possible Android 5.1.1 Lollipop BT 4.0 GB Lan A very small footprint and almost no heat pollution not to mention no noise due to the passive cooling done by Beelink
Just like the X2, the Mini MX shares the same physical appearance and the shell of the box is exactly the same minus the power button on the X2 and the branding of course. I have to say the device looks stylish and un-intrusive, something I really like. And just like the X2 this one is made I believe specifically for the needs of GearBest, thats why you will not find it on Beelink's web site. For the performance details you will have to stick around for the review, but for now I have to say majority of the functions are good, but the platform is still new and there are plenty of bugs to be addressed especially with the KODI playback, I am sure very soon we will have new firmware versions and KODI team will work on fully supporting the s905 SOC. I would recommend. Successful and quality product. but, there are some important shortcomings.
-The processor is very powerful. -Very small, very stylish. -Very quiet. -The remote control sensor, successful. It senses from all directions. -KODI player, available. -KODI player, very successful. -Online subtitle finding, very successful. -Subtitle characters are very successful. -All hard drives and flash memory worked. -Smooth video playback. Videos worked fluently. -It showed all video formats. -It showed H.264, H.265 all video formats -Video audio codecs, worked successfully. -DTS audio codec videos, worked successfully. -DTS codec has worked with TV stereo speaker (DTS codec HDMI to TV = OK) -Andorid Market connection is very successful -Alternative video player, I've installed BSplayer and MX Player. I did KODI player the default player. Because KODI player is working very successfully.

When you plug in the power cord the device powers on. In case of an power failure the device will lose power but will reboot when there’s electricity again.

Отличный медиа плеер, все в одном, 2ГБ оперативной памяти, хватает с лихвой, не нужно брать 1ГБ - будут проблемы. 16ГБ внутренней памяти, предоставлены пользователю примерно 11 ГБ, для игр и программ более чем достаточно + карта памяти позволяет добавить в случае необходимости. Размер - приятно удивил его маленький размер, причем меньше чем ожидал - хорошо. В комплекте все что нужно, кабель HDMI, кабель питания, пульт (кстати пульт не аэро мышь, а просто пульт кнопки, есть клавиша нарисован курсор, с ее помощью можно двигать курсор вверх или вниз право влево стрелками на пульте, не удобно но иногда выручает. Советую купить отдельно Wifi клавиатуру, или айр мышь, в программах незаменимы. Скорость и прошивка нормальны, сменил лаунчен на нова, гораздо удобнее. Прошивки и поддержка на сайте 4пда, там и альтернативные прошивки. Wifi держит 2 канала - по 2.4Ghz и 5Ghz - подключил дома через 5Ghz фильмы летают без тормозов вообще! Берите 2GB\16

Я брал устройство для просмотра фильмов прямо с онлайна или скачивание торрентов на внешний хард и просмотр с него. И процентов на 80 устройство справилось. Kodi и IPTV работают отлично, ютуб тоже супер. А вот в остальном так себе, браузер жутко тормозит (хром). Качать торренты не получилось, Vuze вылетает при попытке сменить место закачки, Utorrent не может сменить место на что-то кроме карты памяти (то есть внешний хард не выбирается) можно пофиксить симлинком, будет время займусь. Antutu и Epic Citadel показалим что железка очень бодрая, решил попробовать игры. Вот только RealRacing у меня не запустился, так что заценить "Графен" не получилось. Также в стокойвой прошивке есть игрушка с рыбкой на иконке, и она тоже вылетает, что значит толком прошивку не теститли а выкатили то что есть с надеждой позже пропатчить. Так что видео-плеер супер, а вот игровая консоль не очень, без нормального софта как минимум.
